I am an experienced Agile Practitioner with patience, persistence, and reportedly some sense of humor.

I worked as an Agile Coach and consultant in several Agile Transformations (as big as 90 teams), directly coaching 40+ teams in various setups, on 15+ products. I have helped organizations to start up their agile journeys as well as helped established agile teams to challenge their status quo.

I like to complement goal-based product delivery with flow metrics and I put great emphasis on transparency and visualization, to make sure that everyone truly understands what’s going on.

I am Professional Scrum Trainer™ with Scrum.org, Professional Kanban Trainer™ with ProKanban.org, candidate LeSS Trainer with LeSS Company and I provide Scrum.org certified trainings & ProKanban.org certified trainings - both public and private (upon request - please get in touch with me).

Serving company, product owners, and teams. Worked across seven different products in their Scrum adoption. This included Product Definition workshops - consolidation of opinions and shared alignment about the product, team forming, Scrum training, and subsequent coaching. Product groups typically had 1-4 Scrum teams. I coached advanced teams in Kanban to augment their Scrum with Flow metrics to achieve better predictability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
